This example is of residential apartments overlooking Torquay sea-front. The original flat roof had been in place since the block’s construction in the late ’80s, and following numerous leaks and temporary repairs was now at the end of its useful life. South Devon Flat Roofing was commissioned to replace the roof and upgrade it to a warm insulated flat roof system. This required repairs to the existing roof timbers and a new Icopal high performance flat roof system.
